Returns and Exchanges Policy

Period for Exchanges and Returns:

Exchanges and returns of items purchased at EZYA World can be made within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the item by the buyer.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns:

a. The item must be in its original condition, without having been used, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
b. The item must have the original tags and be in its original packaging.
c. The buyer must present the proof of purchase or order confirmation when requesting an exchange or return.

Procedure for Exchanges and Returns:

a. The buyer must notify EZYA World of their intention to make an exchange or return within seven (7) days of receiving the item.
b. EZYA World will provide the buyer with instructions for shipping the item, including the address and any other relevant details.
c. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.

Refund and Compensation:

a. Once the returned item is received and verified by EZYA World, a refund of the purchase amount will be processed to the buyer.
b. In addition to the refund of the purchase amount, EZYA World will reimburse the buyer for the original shipping costs paid by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

a. Items that do not meet the conditions mentioned in point 2.
b. Products on sale, promotional items, or discounted items.
c. Personal hygiene items, underwear, and personal care products.
